Privacy principle
Creator MasterKey Office works with creators, online entrepreneurs and personal brands whose public exposure may create additional privacy risks. For that reason, confidentiality is treated as part of the service structure.
External advisors and partners are involved only when needed for the client’s case, and only with the information required for their specific work.
Detailed intake after initial contact
The public website does not ask clients to submit full tax, banking, citizenship, income or property documentation through an open form.
For the first message, clients should share only a brief outline. Detailed questionnaires and document requests are sent later, after initial contact and clear scope confirmation.
Information we may collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone, Telegram or WhatsApp.
- Application and intake answers.
- Information about countries of residence, legal status, citizenships and relocation goals.
- Information about creator income, companies, banking, payment systems and property plans.
- Documents shared by the client for audit, coordination, compliance or advisor review.
How we use information
- To review applications and decide whether the case is suitable.
- To prepare consultations, audits and CMK Global Map reports.
- To coordinate tax, legal, migration, banking, real estate or relocation partners when requested.
- To respond to client messages and maintain service records.
- To protect the client, CMK Office and partners from fraud, compliance or operational risk.
Sharing with advisors and partners
When a client matter requires specialist input, information may be shared with qualified advisors or licensed partners in selected jurisdictions. This may include tax advisors, lawyers, migration specialists, citizenship providers, banking compliance consultants, real estate lawyers, agents, property managers and relocation partners.
Information is shared on a need-to-know basis and only for the purpose of the relevant client matter.
Security and retention
Clients should not send passwords, card numbers, crypto seed phrases or access credentials. Sensitive documents should be shared only through agreed channels.
Client information is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant service, record-keeping, compliance, legal or operational purposes.
